NOW Matters (Pty) Ltd was formally established in 2025 as the careers, talent, and workplace arm of a psychometric practice that began over a decade earlier.
NOW Matters carries the talent, recruitment, and workplace consulting work that grew within a psychometric and consulting practice Jean and Karina Olivier founded in 2013. The educational and assessment side became CE App (our sister practice). The work continues; the houses are now separate.
Karina co-founded the original practice with Jean in 2013. She now resides in the Netherlands, where she leads Psychometric Studio (psychometricstudio.com). NOW Matters works in association with Psychometric Studio on selected research, assessment, and platform projects.
